Powell Co. Gives Free Casino Gaming Chips at Las Vegas Market

Culver City, California - (July 18, 2007) - Back by popular demand, leading case goods, accent and occasional furniture importer, Powell Co. announces they will be awarding casino gaming chips to their dealers during the Las Vegas market.

Powell Co. will give away free gaming chips with qualifying purchases, reprising the overwhelmingly successful program from the January Market. Purchase of a single collection can net a customer between $25 and $100 in chips. The more customers buy, the more free chips they can earn.

“We’re setting the stage for combining effectual business with the best that Las Vegas has to offer market attendees“ said Tom Liddell, Senior VP-of National Sales. It is essentially cash in hand and a win-win for everyone.

“Powell has been a consistent resource for our expanding youth business. Their styles are different than other vendors, so we are able to avoid the problem of ‘me too’ looks on your floors, and that leads to higher margins on these kind of products,“ said Steve Stein of Grand Furniture, Virginia Beach, VA. “Plus, the poker chips are a great added bonus and make the Vegas trip more fun.“

Powell Co. expects to give away tens of thousands of dollars in chips that can be used at Caesar’s Palace, Bally’s, Paris, Horseshoe, Flamingo, Rio, Showboat or Grand Casino’s.

Founded in 1968, Powell Company has been a leading importer of design-driven, high-quality furnishings.
